Frequently Asked Questions

  1. I placed my order, what happens now?

    Please allow 1-2 business to process your order. You will receive an e-mail notification once your order has been processed and shipped.

  2. How long will my stuff take to ship?

    Every order is individually made excluding records and tapes. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. If available, a tracking number will be provided. We don't offer tracking numbers for international orders.

  3. What shipping methods do you use?

    We use USPS as our main shipping provider. US resident's will be charged a flat rate. For international orders, if the shipping rate is drastically higher than our specified flat rate, we will bill you the actual shipping cost after your order is placed.

  4. What payment methods do you accept?
  5. We currently accept Paypal and Cash on Delivery. For Cash on Delivery, you must contact us to set-up arrangements. Otherwise, we will send you a paypal money request to complete your order. Please contact us if you would like an alternative option

  6. What if I place my order and select the wrong payment method?

    If we don't receive an payment within 1 business day, we will either send you a money request through paypal or contact you through e-mail in order to resolve the issue.

  7. Do you do wholesale prices for bulk orders and custom designs?

    Please contact us, for wholesale prices on bulk orders and custom designs.


Return Policy

  1. Rock Basura will NOT accept any returns or exchanges for any reason after 1 months from the date your order shipped.
  2. Returns on pins only if the items are defective and may only be exchanged for the exact same item.
  3. NO REFUNDS FOR SALE ITEMS. You may return sale items for exchange, but we will not issue a refund.
  4. Rock Basura is NOT responsible if your return package is lost or damaged on its way back to us. We strongly recommend using a trackable service like UPS or FEDEX, or use delivery confirmation through the USPS. If your package is not received by us and you did not use one of these services there's nothing we can do about it.
  5. If your order is missing anything or you received incorrect or damaged items you MUST contact us within 1 week of receipt. We will not acknowlege your claim otherwise.
  6. Shipping and Handling are NOT refundable.
